Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
• Certain items, such as (perishable goods, personalized products, or sale items), are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

2. Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
3. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
